Yesteryear Fashions began, unknowingly, when I made myself one of the cherry gingham aprons.  I wanted to make myself one of those aprons simply because I loved the retro style.  Honestly, it took me about two years to make that first apron!  However, once I finally got it finished, I was so excited at how cute it looked.  One day, my husband, David, suggested that I start making my aprons and trying to sell them.  Friends and family who had seen them really liked them so we figured other people might to.

So, around the middle of 2009 Yesteryear Fashions officially became a reality.  It’s all starting with the half aprons but will soon blossom into full size aprons, children aprons, pot holders, oven mitts, and eventually I might even branch out to clothes.  Everything made will be retro in fashion since that is what I love.

I hope that everybody loves the Yesteryear Fashions items as much as I do!
